As one of the leading auditing/accounting firms in the world, KPMG employed PICO to undertake the task of creating a new, energetic and vibrant environment for their new office space, covering 152,000 sft on 5½ floors of the KPMG Tower. This new location, with a projected figure for future expansion for the next 3 years, needed thorough, intelligent and professionally demanding space planning.

The heart of the space is at the corporate floor, consisting of the main reception, boardroom, meeting rooms and breakout areas. Emphasis on material, colours and furnitures not forgetting the company's branding complemented one another in order to create an elegant and welcoming feel.

The design of the offices works with the design of the general work areas in order to create a good flow and consistency throughout this office space. The glass concept encourages transparency and communication at all levels in this very large and successful organization.
